Andrey Alyosha: Enough to humiliate people! We'll give them a really decent wage!

- The question that should not be set because it excites all the labor collective. What is the reason of the conflict around the arrival of your corporation to the company as an investor?

I personally think this opposition from those who do not wish to see "DonbassTransStroy" is successful and growing company, and it tends to take over only to then sell in parts. During the years of Ukrainian independence, unfortunately, too often there were such incidents when workers fraudulently cheaply bought shares in their companies, and then to cut equipment for scrap metal to sell the building at exorbitant prices, and knowledgeable staff to just throw into the street. In this case, there are specific signs that some shareholders about to false and see the future of the trust, which is now trying to seize illegal way. Now there is a trial, and I would not want to say names, but I think in the end justice will prevail and justice to dot the "i". Despite the fact that there are harmful invaders "habit" to buy the favor of law enforcement and the judicial system.

- What part of the interest is in the trust on the part of DMS?

Solely by a desire to develop a long-term strategic partnership on mutually beneficial terms. Our corporation is a diversified, and a long and successful work including in the areas in which "DonbassTransStroy" is one of the leading enterprises in the Donetsk region. First of all this, of course, is the construction of transport communications and construction materials. Today, we strive to ensure that within a single association to gather all the participants of the construction cycle - from project developers to materials manufacturers, builders...

Today the situation is such that our dynamic corporation enjoys are so high in demand among our customers that we can not only meet the needs of their own market. So we certainly need partners. As a partner, we chose the company, have gained a reputation since the days of the Soviet Union - Trust "DonbassTransStroy". We came here as investors and sincerely hope that all these misunderstandings prevent our cooperation.

- About what amount of investment and joint activities are we talking about?

Probably, final figure I will not call right now,  because the investment program is still in the process of coordination and refinement. Let me just say that we are talking about investing tens of millions of UAH. Main purpose for which we came here - we are looking for allies, with whom we can develop new markets. And we see our partnership primarily to the corporation and "DonbassTransStroy" could jointly perform large-scale construction projects that each of the companies would be unable to perform individually. In particular, this concerns the construction of overpasses, road junctions, roads of national importance. In the Donetsk region, moreover, planned large-scale reconstruction of the transport network in preparation for the European Championships in 2012. These projects also include the reconstruction and construction of railways. I think trust and corporation could fit into his story many glorious pages and then feel justifiably proud of the fact that high European guests and stars of world football move on roads, built jointly by the corporation DMS and "DonbassTransStroy".

- Did expected cooperation limit only roads?

Of course not, we are talking about an integrated multidisciplinary program. Among other planned joint activities we include - Update production capacity included in the trust "DonbassTransStroy", so that the products of these companies comply with all current requirements for materials used in construction. Our corporation is actively engaged in housing construction, and we strive to ensure that every last nail in buildings under construction was carried out by us or our partners. Firstly we will give the opportunity to earn money by labor of collectives of enterprises of Donetsk region and not give them the producers of building materials from Western countries. I'm sure the workers of “DonbassTransStroy” have enough experience and qualifications to update production facilities of manufacture products according to world standards and even higher. Secondly, due to this we will significantly reduce delivery time and materials on the construction site can offer the optimal timing of construction, as soon as possible to solve the problem of shortage of affordable and quality of housing in the Donetsk region.

- Perhaps this is the main question of our conversation. How does all this affect the workplace trust?

I can assure you that everything will change for the better. However, workers will be able to see  by themselves, because after the completion of the investment program, we will represent it at meetings of labor collectives of enterprises included in the "DonbassTransStroy". We are well aware that the status of a strategic investor imposes a great responsibility to the employees of the trust. One of the main sections of our program is devoted to social protection and improves the living standards of the labor collective, because we are really looking forward to the personnel potential of the trust. I know that "DonbassTransStroy" has a long industrial tradition, and always known for their hard work and perseverance of the workers. We will give to professionals the opportunity to venture to show their best professional quality and will be able to adequately assess them.

- Can you tell more about the social aspects? Still, wages and staffing perspective, forgive my frankness, are working much more concerned than grandiose plans...

First and foremost - we are planning a gradual but radical wage increase. To date, according to official data of the State Statistics Committee  the average wage in the Donetsk region is 1430 UAH. In enterprises of trust "DonbassTransStroy" average wages barely live up to 1300 UAH. It's a shame, just a shame! Personally, I could not believe that at all possible is to humiliate highly skilled workers such salary and except humiliation and it can not be called. When we have only looked closely at our potential partner, I could not believe that in the construction Sulphur skilled worker can work somewhere else for the money. Although this is an objective reason for a company and its director Alexandr Kirilenko just coffin so-called "buyers of shares on the cheap", it is difficult to operate normally and pay decent wages, when you storm through the day raiders, hiding behind the power when you are arrested under false documents account. So our first task, I think, is to clear - among other investment commitments we take on wage increases up to a decent experienced and skilled workers level. Already the initial drafts of investment programs assume that every third earned by us will be given to the personnel. In addition to the wage increase as such, involve the introduction of a bonus, registered allowances, corporate and personal pensions to those who go on a holiday.

Generously share their earnings with people who helped them to earn it - this is true. Throughout its tenure as head of the corporation DMS I only strengthened the opinion that one can never be greedy in these matters, you can not try to cheat or deprive honest workers, because ultimately only made worse by itself. Therefore, attention to the working man, his wealth, the creation of normal, civilized conditions for work - our basic principles from which we will not retreat ever.

Of course, all this is possible only if a stable situation in the company and a full understanding on the part of the company's management. But I hope that we have all this.

Finally, we are ready to offer and cooperation within a broad training program. For example, we are ready to pay for studying of talented children of workers at the expense of the corporation DMS so that after completing their education, these young professionals have worked on contract for 3-4 years in the structure of our corporation or company - partners - primarily, of course, we are about trust " DonbassTransStroy". I will be glad if such a program would allow workers to revive the glorious tradition of dynasties, and of advanced production will stand beside fathers and sons, and maybe even (who knows?) and grandchildren great-grandchildren...

- Does your policy to "share earned" include payment of dividends? Because still workers got nothing from of their status shareholders.

Very good that you talk about it. Because it is just ignorance on people about their rights as shareholders, in the handling of securities and cashing in, I cannot call them differently, hustlers and speculators who tricked and cheaply buy shares in humans, selecting thus control of the enterprise which people give decades of selfless work.

Taking this opportunity, I want to remind employees of the trust that each share of which is in their hands - it's a tiny bit of their mother company, is a document that gives the right to participate in management of the company, determine the future of "DonbassTransStroy".  And sell it to the right for 100 or 150 UAH - this is not the most sensible thing to do. Because in fact, even by themselves shares now stand at least several times more expensive, and purchase of shares by certain dealers at that price - an ordinary deception of the workers. For example, several years ago, one of the financial companies spent for buying shares of Design Institute, then the share price has reached UAH 2000. And then a trust... But at the same time I would like to remind the labor collective, that their right to decide what will be the future of the trust, everything is priceless.

Speaking specifically, our business plan is included in the investment of program involves the distribution of profits in constant proportions that all the time of our cooperation with the trust can only be changed by a joint decision of the general meeting of shareholders of the Corporation and DMS. Our proposals look like this: every year a third of the profit goes to increase payments to the employees of the trust (and it will be right, because it is their honestly earned money), and another third is paid as dividends (according to our forecast, already in 2008, it will be 150-200 UAH per share), and finally, the third part is invested in the development of the enterprise - renewal of fixed assets, the development of new modes of production, the introduction of advanced technologies.

- Many people are afraid of downsizing after reorganization.

Stupidity. First, at the moment we do not see a demand from owners of our partner company change in leadership, we are interested to the team managers, headed by Alexander Kirilenko, with which we started, remained at their posts. Secondly, we have no right to influence the personnel policy of the trust, it is the prerogative of the current lawfully appointed management and shareholders "DonbassTransStroy". Finally, I think, "fear" should be another - after we're overwhelmed with the trust company with its orders, the management company will have to seriously work on the completion of a career, as we intend to propose joint implementation of very large-scale projects that require additional manpower, the most important, bright minds. I have no doubt that the Corporation and DMS, and trust "DonbassTransStroy" will continue to deal only with the creation of new jobs, but not downsizing. Anyway, all the components of success we have with you.

- The management and staff of the trust concerned not only financial viability, but also the morality of the potential investor. Comment on recent media publication where you reproach, for example, that you love to wave a gun.

About all these reproaches addressed to me I can only say one thing - I am "guilty" only that my opponents have too poor imagination. Nothing really compromising and shameful they are, to my misfortune, I can not ascribe to - neither in my biography, nor in the history of the corporation, no on  DMS pages, which to be ashamed. And they begin to behave like a street bully in one of the stories of O. Henry: "If you have nothing to say on the merits, it is time to begin to find fault with manners". Cause and tell stories about what I am supposed to go through the streets with a gun and rush on people... And personally concocted some waving papers, claiming that I bought mine for 500 UAH, who took the bank. Honestly, I laughed at it the longest. Next time say that I am trying to pressure tanks or people that I am Osama bin Laden himself. In general, I just want to advise you and your readers to judge people not by gossip and rumors, but by their actions.
