The companies of the “Teploenergo-ES” Group are successfully expanding in the market for the generation and supply of thermal energy. Our boiler plants are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and operate exclusively on alternative, environmentally safe, and economical fuels.

· operation of boiler houses and sale of generated thermal energy at competitive prices.
The current global trend toward energy efficiency and environmental sustainability is particularly relevant in Ukraine amid the war. Despite constant enemy attacks on energy facilities, we remain in the market and are expanding. In 2019, Teploenergo-ES added six new boiler houses to its assets—social infrastructure facilities in the Kyiv region began receiving high-quality heating and hot water supply.
Currently, companies within the Teploenergo-ES Group are considering a number of investment programs for the construction of boiler houses to provide thermal energy to social and military infrastructure facilities in the Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Cherkasy, Poltava, Zhytomyr, Kharkiv, and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
A key advantage of partnering with the Teploenergo-ES Group is the opportunity to implement an energy service contract: the contract provides for the recovery of funds spent on energy conservation through savings in energy consumption. In this case, the client does not invest funds in the implementation of energy-saving measures but only transfers the funds saved after modernization to the energy service company’s (ESCO) account, provided such savings are achieved. The entire range of necessary measures and the risks associated with achieving the stated results fall under the ESCO’s responsibility. The project’s payback period and the energy service company’s profit directly depend on the amount of funds saved by the customer, which serves as a guarantee of high-quality work.
The group’s potential allows us to continuously expand our partnerships: we are ready to collaborate with any municipal, government agencies, and enterprises anywhere in Ukraine and ensure investments in the modernization and optimization of heating systems. Depending on local conditions and objectives, we offer effective solutions for modernizing boiler rooms and installing modular boiler systems. The latter operate independently of central heating networks, are installed quickly as ready-made units, run on various types of fuel—including eco-friendly options—and are automated, thus requiring no constant staff presence. Most importantly, thanks to their high efficiency and compact design, they deliver real savings on heating for facilities of various purposes.
