It dates back to 2004 and was created to provide services for the repair of rolling stock and the movement of goods by rail, and the repair of railway transport.
The impetus for the development of this direction was the significant shortage of rolling stock repair enterprises and the shortage of locomotive traction on Ukrainian railways, hence the need to allow private freight carriers to the main railway routes of Ukraine. The pilot project of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to implement this initiative began at the end of 2019.
In the railway transportation market, UVLK has undeniable advantages due to its own powerful transport fleet: it includes both mainline diesel locomotives 2TE10U and shunting locomotives ChME-3, TEM2, TGM6 and TGM4
The company provides a full range of logistics services, namely:
- shunting work of mainline diesel locomotives 2TE10U and shunting locomotives ChME-3, TGM6, TGM4, TEM2 together with its own teams of drivers
- cleaning and arrangement of wagons at loading fronts;
- removal and mainline work with the prospect of delivering goods directly from the manufacturer to the end consumer.

In addition to moving goods by rail, we provide additional services:

repair and modernization of rolling stock of locomotive fleets and wagons
