Road freight transportation is one of the Corporation’s core business areas, which remains in high demand even amid the war and significant damage to roads.
The companies have been successfully operating in the freight transportation market since 2006: they specialize in transporting cargo by road throughout Ukraine, as well as construction equipment, and provide other transportation services.
The Group’s fleet consists of over 100 units of freight and construction equipment—both domestic and foreign brands—with a load capacity of up to 30 metric tons, and it continues to grow. In 2019, the Corporation purchased 10 new, modern MAN and Mercedes trucks. Immediate plans include the purchase of 20 additional vehicles and the creation of 50 new jobs.
Currently, the Group’s companies employ over 300 qualified specialists who ensure the timely delivery of cargo. Every year, “OMEGA” drivers cover up to 2 million km, including in areas in close proximity to the front lines, where Ukraine’s industrial enterprises continue to operate.
Since the Omega Group began operations, its companies have transported over 30 million metric tons of cargo. The group’s construction equipment is used at civilian and military sites across various regions of Ukraine. We continue to invest in the development of our logistics division, which is critically needed in Ukraine today and will be even more in demand after victory, during the recovery period.
